I have problems installing plug-in, what to do?

Here is a short checklist for the most common problems.

• The installation of Dazzboard.msi requires administrator rights.
• Remember to close all browsers for the duration of the installation. Firefox users need to close "Downloads" window too.

If you are getting error 2738 when running installation packet read below text. This error occurs when installation packet cannot load vbscript.dll, because it is not registred into system.

Windows 2000 - Download and install VBScript version 5.6 from Microsoft

Windows XP - Download and install VBScript version 5.7 from Microsoft

Windows Vista 32-bit - No download necessary.

• On the Start menu, click Run.
• In the "Open" field dialog box, enter the following command and click OK:
  regsvr32 vbscript.dll
  
  A message should appear stating that the "DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded."
• Click OK and try installing Dazzboard again.

Windows Vista 64-bit - No download necessary

• On the Start menu, click Run.
• In the "Open" field dialog box, enter the following command and click OK:
  regsvr32 \Windows\syswow64\vbscript.dll
  
  A message should appear stating that the "DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded."
• Click OK and try installing Dazzboard again.
