Is my device supported?

Dazzboard supports all devices that can be used in mass storage, media transfer, ActiveSync or PictBridge mode. These devices are divided in two groups:

  • Fully supported devices – These devices are supported and maintained by Dazzboard devteam and are recognized automatically - the user is required to do nothing. Device list »
  • Generic device – If your device is not fully supported by Dazzboard it is handled as a generic device. Generic device only offers limited functionality in game and application installations. See also Why can't I see my device content?

Android – When phone is connected to computer via USB cable you will get a notification "USB connected" in top toolbar. Drop-down notification menu and you should see "USB connected notification. Click notification and you get confirmation box where you can select "Mount" or "Don't mount", select "Mount" to use phone with Dazzboard

Palm Pre – Connect your device in Media Sync mode to get best support.

Blackberry Storm – Enable the mass storage mode. On your phone first go to OPTIONS/MEDIA CARD/make sure that MASS STORAGE mode is enabled.
