Is my device supported?

Dazzboard supports all devices that can be used in mass storage, media transfer, ActiveSync or PictBridge mode. These devices are divided in two groups:

  • Fully supported devices – These devices are supported and maintained by Dazzboard devteam and are recognized automatically - the user is required to do nothing. Device list »
  • Generic device – If your device is not fully supported by Dazzboard it is handled as a generic device. Generic device only offers limited functionality in game and application installations. See also Why can't I see my device content?

Android – When the phone is connected to a computer via USB, you will get a "USB connected" notification in the top toolbar. Click it and you get a confirmation box where you can select "Mount" or "Don't mount" - select "Mount".

Palm Pre – Connect your device in Media Sync mode to get best support.

Blackberry Storm – Enable mass storage mode. On your phone first go to OPTIONS/MEDIA CARD and make sure that MASS STORAGE mode is enabled.
